She's a lean, green vegan machine who goes out of her way to check labels and make kind choices, from jackets to moisturizers and everything in between. Setting an ethical example is a priority for this seventh-grade teacher, husband, and vegan extraordinaire. His students know that he doesn't eat animal products, so it's important for him to keep his wardrobe consistent with his values. Ian's also looking forward to wooing his wife with his hot new look. We hope that he can show the rest of us some kindness, too, by ditching that stripe-and-plaid outfit for good!
